When we bought our cape honeysuckle it had blooms on it. A few days later all the blooms fell off and have not returned. How do we get the blooms back and get them to stay. The plant itself is looking very healthy . |
The normal bloom season for Tecomaria capensis (Cape Honeysuckle) is November through February, with sporadic periods of bloom the rest of the year. I suspect your plant went through the normal heavy blooming period and you'll just have to wait a month or so for it to produce a new flush of blooms. It will, and you'll enjoy their beauty! |
