| I LIVE NEXT TO A FAIRWAY ON A GOLF COURSE IN AZ. THEY WATER EVERY OTHER DAY. THE WATER SPRAYS ALONG MY FENCE LINE AND HAS KILLED MY TEXAS RANGER SHRUBS DUE TO EXCESSIVE MOISTURE. | Yours is a challenging situation. There are not many plants adapted to the desert heat that like constant moisture. In fact, soggy soils can suffocate the roots of almost all but plants adapted to boggy areas. It may be that you'll have to build a raised planter to keep your shrubs high and dry.
