I live in Boston and want to fill our window boxes with annuals within the next couple of weeks. I really like using impatiens because they're so easy to care for but can only see pansies around at the moment.
Are pansies as easy as Impatiens? Will they last all summer? When will i be able to buy Impatiens?

Pansies will begin to die out when the weather warms so I'd wait for the impatiens to show up in your local garden center. I suspect they will arrive within the next 10-14 days in your area, which will be the perfect time for planting.

Enjoy!
