We just bought a semi-dwarf Gala Apple tree at Home Depot.
I instructs that it needs pollination
How do I make that happen?
I don't see anyone with any fruit tree around here.
Any ideas will help
PS I also bought a Anjou pear and a super sweet peach.
Thanks

Most apples are self-sterile and will need a second variety for pollination and heavy fruit set. Choose a tree with the same mid-season bloom time such as Liberty, Empire, Winesap, Jonathan, etc. Peaches are usually self-fertile so a second variety is not required; Bartlett, Bosc and Comet are good pollinizers for your Anjou pear.

By the time you finish, you should have a wonderful fruit tree orchard.

Enjoy!
