Any variety of apple with the same bloom time (mid-season) will act as a pollinator for your red delicious apple. So will flowering crabapple trees. Some to consider include gala, golden delicious, winter banana, akane, jonathon, honey crisp, liberty and/or snowdrift crabapple.

Hope you have a bountiful harvest!
