Rainier will pollinate Bing, and vice-versa. You should be able to harvest cherries from both trees. Cherries grow and produce better in areas with colder winter temperatures than zone 10 normally has, but you may still be able to harvest fruit the summer after a prolonged winter chill.

Best wishes with your landscape!
