| Raspberries and blackberries (also called brambles) are not well suited to container growing because they spread rapidly through their root systems. I'm afraid that if you kept them in a container they would quickly outgrow their space and would die off at a young age. You might try planting in a half-whiskey barrel and they would probably be happy for a few years, but after that their health would suffer. How about growing strawberries in containers instead?? |
