The secrets to success in raising a citrus tree indoors include: average household temperatures with a minimum of 50F degrees in the winter, bright light - direct sunlight is great, regular watering year around, and mist the leaves occasionally. Place your plant in a container with good drainage, keep it out of drafts, feed in the spring and summer with a diluted liquid houseplant fertilizer. Most citrus trees will flower and form fruit when grown indoors.
