Hi. I'm looking for an anwser about why my Dwarf magnolia tree won't bloom. I have asked and no one seems to have an answer. My tree is at least 5 years old and it is as tall as the eaves of my home. I feed it twice a year with Miracle Gro Fertilizer stakes and apply coffee grounds to drip line. I get new leaves and height, but still no blooms. Is there anything I can do to promote my tree to bloom? |
Diane, One additional thought is to fertilize the tree with a complete fertilizer that is higher in the middle number, which is phosphorus. Place it in numerous shallow (5" deep) holes throughout the area beneath the branch spread of the tree. Thanks for the question. Please stop in again soon! |
