| Hemerocallis should be planted (or divided, for that matter) in early spring or in the fall months. They grow best in full sunshine. When they begin to flower, snap off the faded flowers to encourage more bloom. Daylilies like full sun to partial shade, average soil, lots of water during bloom, and fertilizer in the early spring and again in the late summer. |
