The Q&A Archives: moss rose

Question: my moss rose is planted in full sun, why wont it bloom?

Answer: You may be giving it too much TLC. Too much water and/or fertilizer will keep it from blooming. Not enough sunshine will also keep it from blooming. For best performance, give it a well drained spot, full sun, and it will be happy. Allow the soil to dry out between waterings. The plants will tolerate light shade, but they won?t be as floriferous. Full sun is better.
