My glads are about 8 to 10

If you move them now they may not bloom for you this year - but if you're willing to take the chance, go ahead and move them. If you can wait to move them after they've finished flowering, you'll be able to enjoy this year's floral display. The optimal time for moving is in the winter, after the tops have died down.
