I have morning glories growing in my yard that I started from seed. Now they're growing except a couple plants have light green leaves instead of the dark like on the others. What would do that possibly? |
It may be perfectly natural for your plants. Morning glory leaf color varies from light green to dark green, depending upon the cultivar. If yours have been in the ground for more than a year, the volunteer plants are the result of cross breeding and can be a little different than the parent plants. If the plants are from recently sown seeds and you see a variance in color, it's probably normal, especially if the plants look otherwise healthy and they are growing at the same pace as the others. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Enjoy your beautiful vines! |
