I bought two containers of mountain pinks. When can I
plant them outside, how deep should the hole be?

Mountain Pinks (Centaurium) are hardy, yet you should wait til around the last expected frost date (April 20 in your area) to plant them out. Dig a planting hole large enough to fit the rootball, just deep enough so the top of the rootball is level with the ground. Enjoy!
