Does anyone know if the Dwarf Lily of the Nile will come back as a perennial in New Jersey. I also would like to know if it will bloom all summer or just a small part of the summer/spring.

Lily of the Nile is only perennial in the warm winter regions of California. In New Jersey, consider the plants annual and enjoy them all summer long. If you remove the spent flowers in the spring, your plants will rebloom later in the summer.
