Snip off some stems if your seedlings are overcrowded, leaving one-inch between plants. As they grow, thin again, leaving only the healthiest looking seedlings. If you space your seedlings about 3 inches apart they won't have to compete for moisture or nutrients. When they're that far apart, they're easier to handle when it's time to transplant them into their own individual pots. |
