| Wait until the seed pods have dried (turned tan) and then cut them from the plant. Break the pods open to collect the seeds and then sow the seeds as soon as possible - the seed does not store well. They are easy to grow from seed, but sometimes the seeds won't germinate until the following spring so don't give up on them. Just plant them in your garden or in nursery pots and water often enough to keep the soil from getting dry. Best wishes with your new wisteria! |
