i cut back our bouganvilla plant way too much. what can i do to get it to flower again ?

I apologize for this delayed reply to your gardening question and hope it is still helpful to you.

Just give it time and it will regrow and then settled in and start blooming again. It may take awhile to settle down after some vigorous regrowth but don't worry, you didn't hurt the plant.
