What type of plant or tree can I use to cover a fence in the backyard. We trimmed the trees and bushes from the neighboring side but now it looks bad. You can see tree stumps. What should I do?

Elsa,

I apologize for this delayed reply to your gardening question and hope it is still helpful to you.

There are many plants which can be used to screen the view of that fence. Some to consider include 'Bright N Tight' Cherry Laurel, Waxleaf Ligustrum, Rose-of-Sharon or Althea, Texas Sage or Cenizo, dwarf Crape Myrtles, Pomegranate, and Mock Orange (Philadelphus).

Thanks for the question. Best wishes for a wonderful gardening season. Please stop in again soon!
