There's no reason that you can't transplant them now, as long as you can keep them watered well throughout the summer. Or, you can wait until this fall or winter when the weather is cooler. They won't suffer quite so much transplant shock if you can wait until later this year.

Be sure to water them in well when you transplant them, and water deeply once each week during the growing season.
