The Q&A Archives: melons

Question: on your site it said not to put melons next to potatoes well i did about 4 ft is ther anything i can do they look good

Answer: I don't think you have anything to worry about. When we talk about companion planting, we suggests plants that make good neighbors and those that don't. Melons can need lots of space to sprawl out and potatoes do, too, so the vines might get tangled up. But growing them near one another won't hurt either plant.

Hope you have a great harvest!
