I like Camellias alot, but the problem is that each time i but one and plant one it dies on me, the leaves turn yellow or they dry up, what should i do? |
In general, camellias like to grow in the shade (or at least in afternoon shade), in cool, moist, rich soil. Chose a protected planting site and amend the soil with compost or peat moss to help hold moisture. Plant your camellia and water it well to help settle the soil, then spread some mulch over the soil to help slow evaporation. Be sure to water deeply once each week and your camellia should thrive. Hope so! |
