Spring and fall are the best times to move shrubs. That's when the temperatures are cooler and rainfall abundant, both of which will help the plants re-establish themselves quickly. If you must move them now, expect some transplant shock - wilting and drooping and some leaf drop. Be sure to water them deeply after the move and water thoroughly once each week all summer long.

Best wishes with your move!
