I purchased 2 spearmint Juniper's and planted them on each side of my driveway near the garage door. After one month, one of them is browning from the bottom up. I pulled them both out of the ground. I tried to put them in a planter and they tipped. My question is should I put them back in the ground or what size planter do I need. They are 6ft in height. Thanks!

The best sized container for tall plants such as your junipers is one that is at least one third as high as the plant. So, for a 6' juniper, use one that is at least 2' tall and wide. You can go taller - up to 3' and still have the plant look natural in the container.

Best wishes with your junipers!
