my iris bloomed last year since then I have moved them .Now only half of them bloomed this year?

Iris can fail to bloom if they are overcrowded or if they are planted too deeply. Wait until the usual dig and divide time (mid-August or early September) and dig those that did not bloom. Reset them so they are just barely beneath the soil surface. I think you'll find a great improvement in their performance next year.
