I live in Plainview, NY on Long Island. I have three beautiful hibicus plants, still in pots, in my yard. They are flowering beautifully, most leaves are brilliant green, but I am noticing that each plant had about 10-20 yellow leaves over the weekend. What can cause this. I did |
As long as the new growth looks healthy, your hibiscus plants are fine. They tend to lose their oldest leaves but then replace them with healthy new ones. If you don't like looking at the yellowing leaves you can pull them off the plant. That's what I do and they are quickly replaced with healthy new leaves. Enjoy your hibiscus! |
