I've been in my home for 2years where a rose bush exsisted. The leaves and stems grow wide and tall each year with no blooms. This year one pink rose bloomed so far. I've fertilized, treated for bugs, and mulched the area. What's wrong with my rose bush? |
Roses need all day sunshine - 8 hours at least - in order to bloom well. Too much nitrogen fertilizer will also keep a rose bush from blooming. Use a bloom booster especially formulated for roses to encourage more blooms, as well. Best wishes with your landscape! |
