Lack of insect activity is probably why the flowers are not setting fruit. The bees may not be finding the plants if they are on your patio, especially if it is enclosed. You can help things along by sharply tapping the branch with the flowers. Do this a few times when all the flowers are open. Tapping the branch will help the ripe pollen fall from the male parts to the female parts of the flower.

Hope you have a bountiful harvest!
