We have fire ants in our Garden, they are mostly on our okra plants, but we find them all over the garden. What can we use that, so we can eat our vegetables without worry they will make us sick,to get rid of them?

Janie,

Your options are to find a fire in a product can use it around the garden, or to treat the individual and mounts with a low toxicity contact type product such as orange oil. I would suggest first approach. For additional help and ideas on dealing with fire ants let me refer you to the following website which is an excellent resources.
