I just recently planted a snow fountain weeping cherry tree. It has no new growth or any green on it. Some branches are brittle and some are not. I am concerned that it has died. What can i do or expect to help this survive, or is this the way they are? Any advise would be great.

Cherry trees are among the first to flower in the spring and leaves follow shortly. Since it's almost July and your tree has no signs of life, I'd consider it a hopeless case. I hope you can have it replaced!
