Gaurav,

Hold off on the fertilizer as excessive nitrogen can affect bloom set and fruit production. Peppers struggle to set fruit well in the heat sometimes so keep taking care of the plants and I bet you get a bumper crop for fall. Make sure the plants are getting plenty of sunlight as this is critical to fruit set also.
