eggplant grows, is purple then quickly turns yellow when about 4 in long. not eddible what can I do to correct problem? thanks |
Gerard, This is due to stresses of some type, perhaps head or drought. I would take care to keep the soil moist but not soggy. Give it some time and see if the condition doesn't improve with the arrival of more moderate temperatures in fall. If not try a different variety next year as not all varieties are equally well adapted to a particular area. Thanks for the question. Please stop in again soon! |
