In the spring I planted creeping jenny. After planting it in the full sun,it grew and spread quite nicely, with some little yellow flowers. Recently it started getting brown leaves and stopped flowering. Help!

Creeping jenny will take some sunshine but prefers to grow in the shade, in moist soils. It could be that your plant was happy in full sun in the spring but as the summer sun became more intense, it became too much for it. Since the stems will root anywhere they touch moist soil, you may find that you can dig up some new little plants and replant them in a shadier spot in the garden. Or, you can move the whole plant.

Best wishes with your garden!
