my citrus trees have a leaf curl that deforms the new and old leafs what is and
can i kill it... thank you

I apologize for this delayed reply to your gardening question. The spring rush has brought a deluge of questions and we are working hard to catch up!

Leaf curling on citrus can be due to several things including small insects such as aphids feeding inside the leaf. I suggest you take a sample of the leaves to your County Extension Office for identification, and if necessary, control recommendations.
