I just recevied my white potatoes. I am new to potato planting. It snowed here a couple days ago... a light dusting. Should I still plant them this weekend???

No, I wouldn't. It's best to plant potatoes 2-4 weeks before the last frost. Your last frost would be probably the end of April. I'd wait until early April anyway. Just store the seed potatoes in a cool, dark place until then.
