What is the best thing to feed a plumbago to get heavy blooms? |
Sylvia, I would simply use a lawn fertilizer at a moderate rate. If the plant is adequately watered and in good light it should bloom fine. There is not special fertilizer and the main thing you want to avoid is excessive fertilization. A half cup sprinkled evenly throughout a circle extending 4 feet from the plant in all directions and then watered in well would be about right. Thanks for the question. Best wishes for a wonderful gardening season. Please stop in again soon! |
