Honeysuckle blooms on new growth. It usually begins flowering in spring and then puts out new growth which also flowers. You may have caught your plant between flowering and growing cycles and that's why you see no new flowers. You can wait a few weeks for it to cycle into flowering again or you can do a little pruning to encourage new growth which should flower in a few weeks.

Enjoy your beautiful plant!
