strawberry tree - Knowledgebase Question

watching King5 last seaterday in seattle,the local gardener was talking about a strawberry tree.It looks like a bush and can be pruned back alot.Have you heard of this?where can i find it.

Strawberry Tree is Arbutus unedo and should be available at most well stocked nurseries. Nurseries that specialize in native plants will surely have them, as will Molbak's and Sky nurseries. You might want to phone around. Best wishes with your new tree!
