I have a mandevilla plant and it does get sun during the afternoon the coloring of the leaves have changed and have no flowering. The color is light brown-green. What is wrong with it?

Denice,

Your mandevilla is probably suffering from soil moisture extremes either too dry or too soggy wet. Dig down a few inches and feel the soil. Allow it to dry out just slightly between waterings. Also give it a boost of a soluble fertilizer such as Miracle Gro at the label rate.
