You sell orange peel cestrum/caestrum which some website identify as poisonous, yet other websites do not.
I purchased two plants from Home Depot and they have no poisonous plant mention on the plant or container.

Please advise before I put these into ground.

My research on Cestrum 'Orange Peel' ('Orange Peel' cestrum) indicates all plant parts are considered poisonous if consumed. Since this is an ornamental plant rather than one you would plant for food, it's safe to have in your garden and safe to handle the plant - just don't eat the berries, leaves or stems.
