Orpine, or Live Forever plant, is Sedum telephioides and it is not usually bothered by pests. I'm at a loss to recommend a control because we can't identify the likely culprit. Try finding out exactly what's to blame by visiting your plant several times a day to see if you can find the pest. When you do, capture it in a sealable plastic bag and take it to your local cooperative extension office or garden center for positive identification. Once you know what you're dealing with, you can choose your control option.

Best wishes with your garden.
