| You didn't leave a clue as to where you live so I don't know if you're growing tropical or hardy hibiscus. Tropical hibiscus likes morning sun and afternoon shade, hardy hibiscus likes full sunshine. Tropical hibiscus (the ones with glossy green leaves) need lots of water; hardy hibiscus will do well with one or two deep waterings each week during the summer months.
