I have planted some petunias in my flowerbed last Spring. They were doing okay with bi-weeekly watering (we're on water restriction due to drought) until August hit. What are good hot weather plants that can survive in full sun to partial shade with minimal watering. (that is not a cactus!) Water restrictions have just been lifted. Thanks!

Some plants are more tolerant of dry soils than others. Plants to consider for now include lantana, Salvia greggii, bulbine, and blackfoot daisy. Thanks for the question. Please stop in again soon!
