What would be the rust spot on my hydragenas? They are on the leaves and bloom? What is the best way to dry a bloom?

Janet,

It may be the fungal disease known as rust. Some types of hydrangeas are susceptible to this disease. It can generally be controlled by periodic spraying during the growing season with a product containing chlorthalonil (such as Daconil) which should be available at your local Home Depot.
