You're in USDA zone 5 and Sky Pencil holly is rated only as low as zone 6 so I'm afraid it won't work for you. A plant with a similar appearance is Emerald arborvitae (Thuja occidentalis 'Emerald'). It grows in zones 4-8, has a narrow upright form with rich emerald foliage. It is evergreen, grows in full sun and reaches 15' tall by 3-4' wide. Hope you find just the right plant for your landscape! |
