I have tulip bulbs that did not get planted last year but have been refrigerated all year. If I plant them this fall would they grow?

The longer your tulip bulbs are stored the less likely they are to sprout. I'd put them in the ground when the weather is cool this fall. With any luck they will still have enough stored energy to sprout in the spring. Hope so!
