I bought a Celosia Kosmo Purple Red plant and it had no instructions on how to take care of it. It is looking kinda sick right now. Not sure if it is over watered or sat in the blazing sun too much? Just looking for some kind of help on what to do and how to care for it?

Celosia 'Kosmo Purple Red' is a dwarf celosia and perfect for edging borders. It grows best in full sunshine, in well draining soils. The sad thing is that this is an annual plant so it will die at the end of the summer (usually late September). You can enjoy it until then, though. Since these plants love sunshine, it has probably been overwatered if it is looking puny. Try waiting until the top of the soil dries out between waterings. Hope this does the trick!
