I HAVE A 13000 SFT PLOT. I WANT TO DEVELOP IT.HOW MUCH LOAM BORROW I NEEDED? HOW MUCH IT'S COST?HOW MUCH HYDROSEED INEEDED?WE WANT A VEGETABLES GARDEN ALSO.HOW IT WORKS?

You will need 4329 cubic feet (or 160.4 cubic yards) of mulch or amendment for your soil. You'll want to spread it 4" thick over the entire area and rototill it in to prepare the soil for planting. I cannot give you an estimated price. For that amount you'll be better off buying it by the truck load rather than in bags. To plan for flower gardens, vegetable gardens and lawn area, make a plan on a piece of paper, putting the vegetable garden in a sunny spot and the lawn in the next sunniest spot. Figure out how large each will be. Putting down sod is a fast way to get an instant lawn.
