You have an extensive list of choices. According to Michigan State University, the following table grapes grow well in your region:

White: Himrod;
Interlaken Seedless; Lakemont; Marquis; Remaily Seedless; Romulus ;NY65.479.2; and
V64023.

Blue:
Concord Seedless; Glenora;Mars; Venus; ES3-22-18.

Red:
Canadice; Challenger; Einset Seedless; Reliance; Saturn; Suffolk Red; and Vanessa.

Grapes are generally insect and disease free. Provide lots of sunshine and water and they should grow well for you.

Enjoy!
