I am replacing my sidewalk and will now have room on both sides. I would like to run my yard lights to the other side of the sidewalk but not sure how. Do I have the sidewalk people lay a PVC pipe under the new sidewalk? Any other ideas?

Your plan is a good one. Running a pipe beneath the new sidewalk will allow you to wire the lights on both sides of the walk to a single control. There's not much more to the job, other than fishing the wire through the pipe and connecting both sets of lights. Best wishes with your new sidewalk and your new landscape lighting!
